Running an Ironman to support Quina Care

Hi, my name is JJ and I’ll be running an Ironman 70.3 in Portugal for Quina Care on the 19th of October 2024. You can donate/sponsor and help me across the finish line as I can use all the help I can get on this challenging race.

This is my first Ironman 70.3 and I have chosen the event in Cascais, Portugal to participate. Cascais is home to endless shores, a beautiful marina and rolling hills giving the race teeth and making the views epic!

We will start off with 1900m swim through the protected bay at 07:00 in the morning.
This will be followed with a 90km bike ride that will touch Sintra, the race track in Cascais and the edges of Lisbon. We will end with half marathon on the incredible coastline and be finished before 13:00.

I have always wanted to support Quina Care and this race is the perfect way to do it. So lets combine this sporting event with a charitable organisation and donate to Quina Care.
